Ernesto Molinari

Ernesto Molinari, born in Lugano, studied clarinet at the Music Academy of Basle and bass clarinet at the Royal Conservatory in Amsterdam. He has been active internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, especially with the Klangforum Wien, the IGNM-Ensemble Basel and the Ensemble Contrechamps of Geneva. He has premiered numerous works especially written for him, including those by Jarell, Nunes and Wyttenbach. In addition, he has produced several records of contemporary music.
